Hello! I'm Maydan Sharvit,
an entrepreneur, technology enthusiast,
and a strategist with a passion for roadmaps and marketing consultancy for businesses.
I kicked off my journey by founding a non-profit internet venture at the age of 16,
bringing together friends, acquaintances,
and spatial partners to invest their capital
and energy for a unique purpose.

Co-founded a startup to redefine
eCommerce beyond Amazon and eBay.
Focused on advanced communication,
critical content, and community building
for a central role in the purchase process.
As CEO, led teams in product
and content areas, collaborating closely
with investors. After 5 years, we decided
to cease operations due to challenges
in development and goal achievement.

"Business Partnership with RM Electronics"
Initiating a partnership with RM Electronics
led to a personal imports project, initially B2C-focused but later expanding to B2B.
In 5 years with RM Electronics,
I played a central role in marketing,
business development, and strategic planning, responsible for identifying opportunities,
finding suppliers, forming key partnerships, nurturing customer relationships,
and enhancing sales processes.
2013 - 2015

In these years, I devoted time
to certificate studies in various fields.
Armed with diverse knowledge and experience,
I ventured into assisting businesses
in digital marketing.
This involved establishing image websites,
implementing SEO promotion,
and managing sponsored advertising
for private clients and in collaboration
with advertising and digital agencies.
2014 - 2016

DRP LTD & MSF LTD
I assumed the role of VP of Marketing
and Sales for companies in DRP
and financial tracks.
I played a pivotal role in establishing infrastructures and digital assets,
including websites, landing pages,
and social networks, to support
and enhance business activities.
My responsibilities included
crafting marketing strategies,
preparing conversation scripts
for the sales team,
creative development, sponsored advertising, SEO promotion,
optimizations, social media
management, and more.
2016 - 2021

SPD HOSTING LTD
A year after joining DRP,
its activities were acquired by SPD.
Given SPD's lack of a marketing department,
I was intrigued by the challenge of joining them.
For nearly 5 years, I held a position
that amalgamated marketing
and business development.
Within this scope, I supported
senior management in executing
a strategic plan for establishing
a dedicated marketing
and sales department.
I participated in various projects,
including launching a new trade site,
rebranding, creative work, sponsored advertising,
SEO optimization, site management,
customer relations, collaborations,
and partner programs.
Additionally, I took on the role
of a business development manager,
contributing to increasing customer volume,
expanding the service portfolio,
improving existing products,
conducting competitor
market surveys, and introducing
complementary products.
In a short period, we successfully
maximized marketing activity, transitioning
from relying on "word of mouth"
to recruiting high-profile clients
through a robust digital marketing system,
including noteworthy clients like Checkpoint.

MyPlay LTD
I assumed the position of CMO at MyPlay,
an international sports-tech startup.
I spearheaded rebranding,
recruited professional teams,
and oversaw the development
of an innovative multilingual website.
My role included creative planning,
pricing model development,
crafting marketing and
content strategies for target countries,
as well as managing budgets, projects,
and implementation.
